Strongest at the Broken Places

Working with my studio Sleeping Giant, I illustrated and animated this short animated film for Project Dragon-S, an UN-funded research project being conducted at Swansea University.

The project aims to create an artificially intelligent tool capable of undertanding the models of communication used by groomers who are trying to abuse children online. The hope of this project is by identifying communication patterns, intervention can happen earlier.

This animated film is produced closely with a lived experience group of survivors of child grooming. It aims to tell their personal experiences in a way that speaks to children who may be experiencing something similar, and those in position of power who are able to take action to stop this happening.
